Brandon Bristow is a songwriter who sees much to sing about in the human condition. Music is the medium of choice for Bristow and he sees lyrics as his chance to make people aware. Regarding peace and love to be the ultimate goal, BB believes that you sometimes have to ramp up the energy to get the message out.

Surfing is a major player in Bristow's life: he sees surfing as his connection to the earth and his music as his connection to the world beyond — and he doesn't mind having some space between the two. Brandon describes himself as an 'earth centric longboarder with serious recluse potential'. Bristow's love of surfing has brought him to creating for the surfing community and has produced songs and custom tracks for three surf films. That's where GoTofino first got hooked on his tunes.

Brandon released two albums simultaneously 'Freedom Changes Meaning' with David Parsa, and 'Rivermouth'. Watch for comrades Bart Williams on percussion and Parsa, long-time friend, musician, and film producer, on guitar.
